Reagan joins our Kenyan team in East Africa
Reagan holds a BSc in Horticulture from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, and boasts more than eight years technical expertise in delivering of sustainable agronomy services in ornamental, vegetable and herb sectors in Kenya.
Throughout his career, Reagan has been instrumental in the development of sustainable Integrated Pest Management (IPM) models and management of production chain process for ornamental producers in Kenya. Notably, he has spent the last 6 years as technical agronomist with Lathyflora, where his contributions have significantly impacted the company’s success.
Before joining Lathyflora, Reagan served as an elite and quarantine mother stock and propagation agronomist with Florensis Kenya. Earlier experience includes working with Diani Landscaping Limited, where he provided gardening and lawn care services to the United Nations grounds in Nairobi.
An avid environmentalist, he is particularly passionate about addressing agricultural pest challenges using innovative IPM tools for improved agroecosystem sustainability and farming investment returns. His enthusiasm extends to the adoption of smart technologies for achieving sustainable yield maximum, climate change mitigation and customer satisfaction.
