Peter joined Ecospray from Agrovista UK where he had been head of commercial strategy and responsible for their export business since 2016.
Prior to that, Peter had senior roles in AF Group, the largest UK farmer owned buying group where he was responsible for crop protection purchasing.

Director
Edward van Cutsem is Co-Founder and Partner of Westerly Winds, a venture investment and corporate advisory firm with a focus on tech-enabled early growth stage opportunities across a broad range of sectors.
Edward has been Director of Ecospray since March 2021 and a shareholder since the company’s inception.
Robert Lidstone
Non-Executive Director
Over 25 years in the crop protection industry in sales and marketing roles both in the UK and Europe, including 20 years with Certis Europe BV where he successfully introduced and launched a number of novel new products.
He is experienced in the development of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes
Will Symonds
Chief Finance Officer
Will Symonds has a wealth of big company experience with PwC, Heinz and Energizer in the UK, US and Asia. He has been working with start-up and high growth SME businesses in Asia and Eastern England for the last nine years.
Will has been Ecospray CFO since 2017. Will is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Dr Murree
Groom
PhD in plant pathology, expert in nematode pathology. Extensive practical experience as the Technical Agronomist for Knights of Norfolk – a large UK vegetable grower. Led the development of Ecospray products and registrations.
Dr Awais
Anwar
PhD in Bio-organic Chemistry (Germany), MS in Industrial Chemistry (Pakistan), Awais leads the regulatory portfolio of Ecospray in the UK as well rest of the world, with a keen interest to develop the chemistry around present regulatory scenarios. Actively working with R&D to develop new products and keeping our research portfolio at the top. Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry.s
Ant
Surrage
Ant has a background in sustainable horticulture, specialising in pioneering novel biological crop protection systems for various pests and diseases. Raised on an ornamental plant production business, his passion for environmentally friendly solutions is deeply rooted. Ant has a BSc Hons in plant science and is a BASIS qualified advisor.
Reagan
Ariw
Reagan holds a BSc in Horticulture from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, and boasts more than eight years technical expertise in delivering of sustainable agronomy services in ornamental, vegetable and herb sectors in Kenya.

Officer in UK armed forces for 13 years, finished in the rank of Major.
2 years as a consultant in the defence technology sector as well as 2 years working in a water technology company in a business development role. Now the Ecospray sports turf and amenities manager.
Lee
Kaigai
Over 12 year practical experience in the horticulture industry. Holder of a BSc in Horticulture and PGD in Occupational safety and health. A BASIS and FACTS qualified advisor/trainer. Broad experience in the implementation IPM programs.
He has worked for the Oserian Development Company and Real IPM Kenya Ltd. and has been involved in practical training in crop protection and nutrition servicing the horticulture sector in East Africa and beyond.
Zuzana
Palka
Zuzana brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in Purchasing and Sales Administration, primarily within small manufacturing firms.
Her background includes operational roles in sales order processing, material procurement and inventory management. Zuzana also manages the export of manufactured goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Jacey
Harman
Jacey had a background in retail and customer service before moving into personal lines insurance over 13 years ago. Two years as a customer co-ordinator in the construction industry followed before joining Ecospray this year.

Our finance team manages resources and supports our growth.
Christine
Larter
With a background in office management and customer service in the automation sector, Christine transitioned into accounting, gaining experience across multiple industries before joining Ecospray in 2018.
She leads the day-to-day accounting operations for Ecospray, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial processes.
In her dual role as Business Support Manager, Christine also oversees office management and drives the implementation of new systems supporting continuous improvement across business operations.
